Tropické pavilony zoologických zahrad jako životní prostor pro necílové organizmy (pavouky) – komplexní studie.
Tato diplomová práce na téma: “Tropické pavilony zoologických zahrad jako životní prostor pro necílové organizmy (pavouky) – komplexní studie” je zaměřena na druhové složení původních a nepůvodních druhů (zejména pavouků) v tropických a subtropických pavilonech zoologických zahrad v Brně a v Praze. Cílem této práce je zkompletování informací o cílových místech (pavilony a terária) a zjištění druhového složení zejména nepůvodních druhů pavouků. Sběr vzorků probíhal především formou zemních padacích pastí a v pár případech i ručním sběrem. Nalezené druhy bezobratlých se následně determinovaly. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, které místní vzácné druhy pavouků, ale zejména nepůvodní druhy se v zoologických zahradách vyskytují.
Po determinaci jsme zjistili, že nejpočetnější druhy byly především Parasteatoda tepidariorum (Koch, 1841) v ZOO Brno a Hasarius adansoni (Audouin, 1826) v ZOO Praha.
Nejzajímavější nálezy byly Heteroonops spinimanus (Simon, 1892), Theotima minutissima (Petrunkevitch, 1929) a čeleď Prodidomidae Simon, 1884, jejichž výskyt nebyl doposud v ČR zaznamenán. Dále bylo nalezeno několik druhů, které jsou u nás vzácné, a to především Nesticodes rufipes (Lucas, 1846).
