This paper brings data about spiders of SCI (sites of community importace) Libické floodplains in Central Bohemia in Czech Republic. In the study area were found 94 species of 22 families. The most important species were found are Ero cambridgei, Rugathodes instabilis, Theridion pictum and Theridiosoma gemmosum.
